I would love to buy one of your bags, but I don't live on the Emerald Coast. 

 

We can easily provide you with a payable invoice and mail the item to you. Please message us on Instagram, email us at luxexchange@gmail.com, or call our store during regular business hours.

Do you provide personal shopping experiences?

 

If you're looking for a specific bag or accessory piece, or would like us to provide you with a FaceTime tour or other one-on-one services, simply connect with us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Does your store fix designer handbags?

 

We do not. Please contact our store and we can direct you to a professional who will be able to assist. Please keep in mind that we recommend someone out of state and your item will likely have to be mailed out to them.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash payments, and checks upon approval. For those purchasing out of state or the area, we can provide a PayPal invoice for your convenience.

Are your bags and accessories guaranteed authentic?

LuxExchange guarantees the authenticity of the bags and accessories sold in our store. If anything you've purchased from us is ever discovered to not be authentic, you will get your money back.

Are the items in your store new or used?

 

While we do receive new and like new items, many of our handbags, sunglasses and other luxury goods are pre-loved. We encourage those purchasing items from us to inspect the items before purchasing.
